"私は、こちらのホテルを予約し、ペナン島の観光を楽しみにして家族四人で向かいました。 前日にはきちんと予想到着時間をメール。 次の日になっても、連絡来ず。 心配しながら、夕方の7時に到着。 しかし、メール来ず。 TELしても電話に出ず。 小さな子供二人抱え、タクシーはgrab払いで来たので現金も持っておらず。 当然、子供はお腹を減らしグズリ出す始末。 そんな中、ホテルズドットコムの窓口チャットから日本人オペレーターに連絡が取れ、状況をメールで報告。 確認しますと返信あり、安堵。 しかし、待てど40分近く連絡こず、そんなオーナーなので、これは無理。 今日の新たな宿を見つけなければと、スマホを使いたい のに、チャットはこの画面をきらないでくださいとか出てくるし、 ..."
