"They could not find my reservation because of the apostrophe in my name, they did not have a room for me, 35 minutes of standing in lobby while staff went behind closed doors to “figure it out”, they “upgraded” me to a room with no coffee pot, a fed full size refrigerator and a closet right next to bed with some kind of very loud generator in it"

"Extremely clean and comfortable! The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is I wish the website mentioned each room has a unique scent. I have a fragrance allergy and didn't see that about the scents until at the airport reading the check in material that was sent to me right before our stay (this material was well thought out and great!). You can buy candles in the scent of each room if you'd like, which is something that others probably really like. I called and they removed a diffuser or air...

Spacious, clean, quiet rooms with luxurious linens and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows.The bathroom was also tops with thick soft towels and the best smelling lotion and wash/soap but most importantly, the water pressure was amazing!
