I had called prior to our visit to ask if they did anything for birthdays and upon arrival, they gave my sister a bag of goodies along with a hand-written card! She was so surprised and flattered (especially since she happened to like the treats they chose). The staff was very friendly also! I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel. (Great prices, too)!"

"Front desk person said my room number out loud isn't that happy with that when I did ask if they had any room besides smoking they said no All of the rooms are labeled non-smoking on the door placards. The windows have to be pushed very hard to open up. I only got a smoking room because it was what was available at time of booking. There is a soft spot in the bathroom near the toilet were it will need to be fixed with someone will be stepping through the floor. The catch plate on the door is...

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was pleasant and professional. I loved the “fireplace” and cozy sitting area. I am an avid reader and I especially liked sitting on the couch in front of the fireplace and reading a good book. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again. "
