Welcome to Levication Pearl, a brand-new private villa in Kiryat Shmuel, Tiberias, designed to an exceptionally high standard, a short distance from the Sea of Galilee and local synagogues. A covered, heated private pool, a garden with seating areas and hammocks, four bedrooms and a spacious living room. Three bedrooms have their own en-suite shower and toilet, and an additional room has bunk beds for children. The kitchen is fully equipped, and everything is prepared to meticulous hospitality standards. Price note: rates shown are tourist rates for foreign guests holding a B/2 tourist visa, which are exempt from Israeli VAT. Israeli citizens and residents, and any guest who cannot present a valid B/2 visa, pay an additional 18% VAT before arrival.

The Space:
Levication Pearl is a private villa, and all of it is yours. Four bedrooms and an open, inviting living room. Three of the bedrooms have a shower and toilet inside the room, and there is a children's room with bunk beds. The living room has additional beds for up to five more guests. A fully equipped kitchen sits alongside a dining area. Inside, a covered, heated private pool awaits you, and outside there is a garden with pleasant seating areas and hammocks for relaxing. The design is brand new and carefully finished in every corner.

Guest Access:
The entire villa, with its garden and private pool, is exclusively yours throughout your stay, in complete privacy.

The Neighborhood:
Levication Pearl is located in the quiet Kiryat Shmuel neighborhood of Tiberias, close to synagogues, the Sea of Galilee and the promenade, as well as restaurants and local attractions. A convenient location for combining a relaxing getaway with family activities.

Getting Around:
Public transportation is available nearby, with easy access to central Tiberias and the Sea of Galilee shore.

Pricing and VAT: the rate shown is the tourist rate for guests holding a B/2 tourist visa, which is exempt from Israeli VAT. Israeli citizens and residents, and any guest unable to present a valid B/2 visa, will be charged an additional 18% VAT on the full booking amount before arrival. After booking we will ask for a copy of your passport and visa page.

Levication Pearl is intended for families only. It is not suitable for groups of young people, singles or parties. It is well suited to extended family stays, including Shabbat Chatan and family celebrations. Your stay can be moved to a different date with 30 days' notice, subject to availability.
