"Be very wary and know what you are getting. The listing was not clear that this was just ONE ROOM, in an area shared by other guests. Communication leading up to the check in was difficult, and the advertised 24 hour airport shuttle was not available. We UBER'd to and from the airport. Much easier than trying to deal with the property. When we arrived, during open office hours, it took several minutes for someone to open the door. Then we learned that the host did not speak much English at...

"The mattress, comforter without its cover sheet, pillows look terrible have mixmatch colors, bigger size. The towers looks bad. The host should learn how to do a basic cleaning standard business.
The room is pretty new construction but the bedding, organized bathroom is also ver important "

"Die Lage war ruhig in einem Industriegebiet, allerdings wäre ein Hinweis auf die Erfordernis einer Parkscheibe und der Begrenzung der Parkzeit wünschenswert gewesen. Die Schilder weisen eine komplette Zone aus und können daher sehr leicht übersehen werden. Das Ordnungsamt hat das auch schon erkannt und ist dort sehr erfolgreich unterwegs - nicht gerade gästefreundlich seitens der Stadt Konstanz."

"Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough "
