Welcome to Deers Eye View! Beautiful remodeled 1622 sq ft home. We are located 8 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. We're located near the center of Three Rivers, Kaweah Lake & within walking distance of the town center where the only fully stocked market is located, along with couple places to eat, a pharmacy, post office & 2 banks. Otherwise, a 2-minute drive. It’s a great time of year for visiting The Sequoia National Park. Our home is 1622sq ft.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you need to make eggs to mashed potatoes.
The master bedroom has 1 CA King Bed with a full bathroom & jacuzzi bathtub & 1 Queen Bed in the other bedroom.
We also have 2 twin folding beds that can be set up in either bedroom or the living room. Purchased August 2022.
Enjoy a nice evening on the front patio enjoying nature.
A propane barbeque is located on the front patio.
AC & Heating by mini split units that are all BRAND NEW & purchased & installed in June 2022.
You also have full access to the laundry room.

You have access to the entire home.
There is carport located on the property directly as you drive down the driveway you can't miss it!
Also, the back porch does have a ramp for entry on one side & steps on the other. The front porch has steps only for entry.

No pets, smoking, or parties are allowed.
You may occasionally see a wild turkey, or deer & we have 0 tolerance for HUNTING. Absolutely no hunting is allowed.
A $1,000 fee will be charged if these rules are broken.

Great communication from the property manager allowed us to find the property very easily. Nice to have the water cooler, snacks in the kitchen & coffee! Beautiful view from porch. Oven & dishwasher need help. Nice place to stay so close to National Park entrance!

Dry roomy house that was perfect for two couples. Clean with all the amenities we needed. Great location, very close to Sequoia National Park. Property had a farm-like fell and beautiful Mountain views, while still being very close to restaurants, essentials, etc. I really appreciated the exceptional communication from the host and the tips on local attractions and amenities.

Very clean home. Sofa and beds were comfortable. Loved sitting on the porch. The air conditioners and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room worked great. The coffee bar and snacks were much appreciated. Kitchen and bathrooms could use a little update, but everything worked fine. Very quiet location. Would stay here again.

Cleaning smell was overwhelming upon entering, oven didn’t work properly (had to broil instead of baking), shower pressure was light but that wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall we really liked the place.

Overall, this is a good location situated away from traffic. It is slightly difficult to find at night and it is a bit off the main road. The home is huge and is great for a large family with adequate space to sleep and have fun.

Short stay, decent location to sequoia, as expected

As expected. Clean house, all necessary things present. Extras nicely present if needed like bug spray, first aid kit, etc. typical older ranch house so don’t use washer machine, dishwasher and shower at same time or low water pressure and cold.

Great place to stay to visit National Parks

Very quiet area. They have wild turkeys and the hummingbirds. Very close to local restaurants, food and gas. The house was very clean and had a coffee bar and other things you might need if traveling. Highly recommend if you are going to the national parks.

Great family trip

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. Plenty of room for the family to hang out together. Bonus baby horses in the field next door for the 2 year old to watch!

Beautiful spot near Sequoia National Park

A great place to stay if you wish to visit Sequoia National Park. Clean, spacious, quiet, private, well equipped. Gorgeous views over the foothills and a river just down the road. Very good coffee shops close by and a half-decent general store. Not much to fault about this place. A very responsive host who fixed our brief check-in issue extremely swiftly. Highly recommended.

Cozy space with great views, close to Sequoia NP

Clean, cozy, and large space for our family of four. Well stocked kitchen that we cooked in during our stay while visiting Sequoia & Kings Canyon NP. Nice patio with beautiful views. Enjoyed watching the neighboring horses. Lake Kaweah is minutes away with gorgeous views. Nice large tub, comfy couch, thoughtful snacks and coffee nook. Wonderful hosts. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Staying in 3 Rivers

Your facility had good size spaces for two couples. Having 2 bathrooms was a great convience. Location was great with mountains in the background and horse pastures with mares and colts. Adding exhaust fans in both bathrooms would be a big improvement. Towels left all night would not be dry in the morning!
