  • On the LAKE side of Red Arrow at Cherry Beach. Lovely updated ranch home with a huge deck and yard. Enjoy stargazing from the quiet backyard deck. Roast s'mores in the firepit. Use all the toys and floaties in Lake Michigan at beautiful Cherry Beach!! The beach is a short, peaceful walk down Cherry Beach Road.
    Perfect home for large families, reunions or groups of friends. We have hosted bridal parties, multi-generational family reunions, and many grandparents looking to gather their kids and grandkids for a week of togetherness. Many bedrooms make it easy to spread out. 4 bedrooms upstairs and lots of room downstairs for kids to bunk up. Local wineries, breweries, cideries and golf courses make Southwest Michigan a perfect vacation spot. New pickleball courts at New Buffalo High School! The Warren Dunes are a 5 minute drive.

Everything about this house was great. Very clean and spacious. Well stocked with beach towels, chairs and floats. Great outdoor living space. Beds were very comfortable. Short and easy walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home for multi-family gathering! The home was exactly as described and even better than we could have hoped for. Overall very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with dishes/utensils. Plenty of beach gear and floats. The basement was a perfect place for kids to be loud and play. Mary was wonderful to work with and very responsive! Easy 10 minute walk to Cherry Beach :)

Great location, 10 minute walk to Cherry Beach. Very clean. Gas grill worked well. The house was well equipped. Plenty of towels. We appreciated the beach chairs and toys, along with a foldable wagon for taking everything to the beach. Cherry Beach is lovely and not too crowded. It was nice to be able to walk there and not worry about parking. We had a wonderful week here.

We had a wonderful stay! There were 18 of us and we all had comfortable beds to sleep in. We enjoyed our 10 minute walk to Cherry Beach and loved taking walks, playing in the water, and sitting in the sand watching the beautiful lake! The sunsets were amazing! We explored many cities along the Lake Michigan coast. We enjoyed the house as well: sitting outside on the deck, playing games at the tables, and playing in the backyard. We made most of our meals there and had plenty of room to sit outside and made room inside on rainy days. So much fun!

This place is amazing- absolutely what I expected based on the photos. If you are considering this spot- book it! We did a 3-night stay here and I am so glad I booked my time here.

We had a wonderful time at Mary’s well-stocked, spacious home! Easy walk to the beach, many thoughtful details, beautiful outdoor space. We hope to come back soon!

Extraordinary

Our large family had a great time exploring southwest Michigan from the comfort of this home. There was plenty of space for everyone and the host provided all the extras we could have imagined. It was a very enjoyable trip for all of us.

Beach Independence

Best stocked VRBO we have stayed in with lots of towels and kitchen items. Wonderful deck with gas grill and firepit. Lots of beach chairs, floats and toys. We had a great time!

They Thought of Everything

This was a very nice property and the owners supplied everything you could think of. The house is very big and spread out nicely. More "homey" than any rental we have had before

We had a wonderful week with our 5 children and their spouses,and 5 grandchildren. Fun walks to the beach and relaxing quality time there every day. Plenty of room in the kitchen with everything you need. So great to have the extra fridge and freezer handy in the garage. The house is in top shape. The beds are very comfy. Huge backyard. We would definitely go back.

The perfect getaway!

Everything about our stay was perfect! We do a friends trip every year and this was one of our favorites! It was very family friendly, super clean and a lot to do! The backyard was beautiful with a gas fire pit and wood burning pit. We spent 98% of our time outside. Highly recommend!

Cherry Beach Retreat

This house was great. Exceeded our expectations. Had everything we needed. Kitchen and baths very well stocked and beach supplies an added plus. The walk to beautiful Cherry Beach was easy and pleasant. The whole family, ages 1 year to 84 enjoyed the spectacular sunset every night! We would definitely rent here again!

Great house in a great location!

Our entire family (kids and grandparents included) vacationed in this house and has a wonderful stay! The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of yard space and a great deck. The beach was a short walk away and all beach supplies were available in the house including towels, sand toys and chairs. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We would love to stay here again!

Annual family vacation

House was great. We were 14 adults and 3 kids. There were plenty of beds and lots of space. Back deck was great and short walk to the beach! Another fridge in basement would have been nice with so many people and a baby we could have used the space. Overall a great stay!

Great place for family gathering

15 of us stayed here for 3 nights. There was plenty of space for all. We did not have en suite bathrooms for all the couples, but we were fine sharing! The cousins loved the bunk room! It was nice to be close to the more private beach, but also just a short drive from dunes and shops in several places.

Wonderful stay near the beach

Our group had a wonderful stay at this property. Mary was a great host - very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The property itself is perfect - plenty of comfortable beds and bedrooms, a large deck and yard, and tons of space for our large group. The little things are taken care of, too: ample towels, toiletries, and all the kitchen accessories you need. Certainly the most homey rental property we have stayed at. The house is about a half mile to a nice sandy beach, and plenty of chairs, toys, and floaties are provided. No complaints whatsoever; everyone in our group was happy with our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Lakeside. There were plenty of rooms and beds to go around for our party of 12. Basement was a must for spreading out. It was really hot (well over 100) when we visited and the house stayed nice and cool those days. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and kitchenware for cooking. Patio had nice furniture for us to all eat outside together. The beach stuff (several chairs, at least 5 giant floaties, wagon, plenty of huge beach towels) were incredible and we made sure to take good care of it all because it is not common for rentals to come with that sort of stuff. It was fantastic and added a layer of fun.
