Downtown Apartment Three Lakes

A spacious three bedroom, one and a half bathroom apartment available to rent year-round in downtown Three Lakes. Unit is on the second floor with space to park your watercraft, ATV/UTV, and snowmobiles. Full laundry is also included. Two security cameras are placed around the outside of the apartment viewing the driveway and parking areas. No cameras are placed within the apartment itself. The snowmobile trail and bike trail are across the street (Three Eagle Trail). Snowmobiles and ATVs/UTVs can be ridden directly to and from this property. Apartment is within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, bars, public beach, movie theater, and public fishing pier. Multiple boat launches are only minutes away as well! The Three Lakes Winery is just down the road from the property, with tours available during the summer months. Come and enjoy all of the wonderful amenities Three Lakes has to offer in the heart of the Nicolet!

Great Stay

This is a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Three Lakes. We especially liked the tasteful decor and larger space with plenty of seating for everyone in the living area. We also liked that the space was bright with plenty of windows. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others

Worth coming back to!

We have stayed at this property several times now. It is clean and well cared for. They added a nice new grill since we last stayed. I love how we can easily walk around town from here as well!

Perfect!

This is our second or third time staying here because it’s exactly what we need! We love having access to a washer and drier when we visit family that have a house about 10 minutes away from here. It’s always clean and has an easy check-in and check-out. Looking forward to staying again!

A very clean and spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Everything you need for vacationing as a family. The 3 bedrooms had nice beds and plenty of closet space with hangers. All towels and bathrooms clean and spacious. Easy walk to breakfast, coffee and dining options. Bring your bikes as the bike path is right across the street!

Family reunion in 3 Lakes

Spent 1 week visiting family and friends, had to bring prepared food to various events so appreciated full kitchen with pots, pans and utensils. Built in Laundry closet with full size washer dryer was very useful. Used all 3 bedrooms with 3 Queen size beds.

Love it Love it

This place is “as advertised.” So clean and comfy with an amazing host. The beds are really comfortable. Area is quiet and easy walk to some shops. Go to DejaBrew for coffee in morning.

This is our 3rd stay here!

It’s convenient, clean, and had almost everything we needed. A few things that could make it better are sheets with breathable material because we felt hot with the sheets provided, a little step stool for the kids to be able to reach the sinks, and either a repaired couch or new couch since one end of the sectional was sinking in (must’ve been broken since our last stay because we didn’t remember that being an issue). Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

We liked how close we were to Three Lakes. The only problem we had is that we went to the wrong door, maybe you can state that it is the 2 doors that are next to each other and that it is on the left. It was nice and clean!

TL Visit

Your property was spotless. Felt like we were the first people to stay in a new apartment. Plenty of room, uncluttered, yet well supplied. It was delightful and fully met our needs. Wish we could have stayed longer. Probably the best rental place we’ve stayed and we’ve been traveling for 2 months. It was convenient walk to coffee, sandwich and bakery shops, hardware, library, book store, antiques, gift shop, little quaint movie theater and art shop, the Historical Society with a delightfully interesting museum. The museum gave me an appreciation for the rich heritage of Three Lakes and its uniquely talented past. Thank you for providing this. We had a great time visiting family and entertaining ourselves too.
