"The room was spacious and clean and relatively quiet given that the 'hotel' ( consisting of 4 houses dotted around 3 streets was next to a busy road. The buildings looked tired and needed some updating. There is no reception desk and you will not see a person - everything is done on WhatsApp. No breakfast room and you need to order it 48 hours before - no service and 'character' - still location is good and central"

"Me and my family stayed here twice over the past three weeks and we really enjoyed our stays. In the height of summer the air-con was such a blessing, as the other hotels we have stayed in did not have ac, which made sleep incredibly difficult. The staff (in general) were pleasant and accommodating. We stayed in a stadium facing room, which the kids loved but the rooms are a bit tired and could do with a refurb. One of our bathrooms had water damage on the ceiling, which was concerning and...

"The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the property was very good, within easy walking distance of the centre of Norwich so no need to take the car. "Terrible experience, 1st night room was like a shoe box extremely hot in this heat wave with no air con and windows open 2inches with massive extractor fan outside very noisy and smelly, complained but waste time staff didn't want to know, took 2 & half hours of complaining at night to get them to turn extractor off so we could get some sleep, went off nearly 2am!
Moved room next day but again no air con anywhere in hotel or rooms so extremely hot again in this heat wave....place is tired and...

"The room was brutally hot during our stay, which didn't make for restful sleep. However, the staff were brilliant and provided us with brand new fans, and bottles of cold water which helped the kids get to sleep. The room itself is in need of a deep clean. "Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Very friendly and courteous.
Room was spacious and had air conditioning which was a welcome addition as we were there during a heatwave! We found the bed very hard and most uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and with nice toiletries.
I cannot recommend the food. The menu is quite small. The food is poorly prepared. My husband had chilli con carne which was clearly microwaved and quite bland. I had a Caesar salad which I could not eat as it was...

"The property it self was nice once you worked out the maze of entrances and where to find the Keys. Whilst there is parking it can be tight to navigate.
upon arrival I was accosted by what I assume was a fellow guests looking for help in checking in, as it self check in. I felt a little swarmed and uncomfortable. The room itself was nice and spacious, clean and functional. Very Warm however due to the hot weather and a lack of aircon.
Later in the evening the Fire Alarm went of apparently...
