The Pond House is located in a very quiet, family oriented beautiful neighborhood called Rolling Meadows. Our neighborhood has lots of green areas with the largest playground of the region, soccer fields, outdoor ice-skate rink, short walking trails and much more.

You may enjoy your time with your family and/or friends by playing board games in front of the fireplace, movie nights under cozy blankets, exploring our vinyl records collection and playing your favorite ones on the turntable, working peacefully with no office distractions, reading books with a beautiful pond view and even catching the beautiful sunset from your own place.

There are 2 bedrooms with provided linens, full kitchen, dining area, large family room with fireplace and another living room with a smart TV. Complimentary bathroom essentials are provided. We offer many snacks and light dinner options as well as large coffee and tea selections to our guests.

Driveway parking is available for 2 cars. High speed internet is included.

The house was just as portrayed on the listing…. Clean, comfortable, spacious and in a quiet location. Host Eda was friendly and communication was timely. The little extra amenities were a welcoming touch and we enjoyed our stay very much. Our only suggestion would be to leave a detailed instruction sheet on how to operate the tv.Would definitely return to Pondhouse again!

The house was so cozy, clean and quiet. Great neighborhood. Very gracious hosts. We needed more paper towels and they arrived quickly. Loved the extra details like snacks, toothbrushes, etc. We also left a few things behind for the next person. Will definitely stay there again and recommend the Pond House to anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely Perfect!

We could not have had a better experience! Besides being roomy, comfortable, and extremely clean, we were very impressed with the thoughtfulness of the hosts. They supplied many amenities that you don't typically find; everything from bathroom and kitchen supplies to throw blankets, books, and board games. Communication was always friendly with rapid response. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful house. Well stocked with snacks....forgot my toothbrush, but they had some there. Games, comfy fireplace and blankets to cozy up with a book. I'd definitely stay there again.

Lovely home to rebty

My husband and I and 2 of our friends enjoyed our 6 night stay at this lovely home. It’s a great location and not far driving to Niagara Falls or Niagara on the lake or wineries. The host Eda was so good in answering my questions in a timely manner. I’d recommend this lovely place !

Lovely Pond home

This is a lovely home overlooking a pond in a family neighborhood, that is very quiet at night. There are walking paths and it is safe. The home could be called the Sunshine House because of all the light. It is very clean and comfy and looked exactly like the photos. The host was very responsive and prompt in answers. They have REAL towels, the pillows smell wonderful. We higly recommend this home and would like to return in future trips.

Bruce Trail

Perfect for our situation. We needed a place to eat and sleep after 3 days of hiking on the Bruce Trail. It more than met the needs of 2 old guys that value their own bathrooms and great beds. It was centrally located for our walks. No more than20 minutes for our drives to trail.

We joined another couple to go to Niagara Falls for our 49th anniversary. The house was beautiful, very affordable, clean and well equipped. Additionally, it is very close to virtually all of the major attractions in the area (within a 5-6 mile range). Our correspondence with the property owners was scenery.

A fabulous relaxing stay at Eda's guest house in Canada.

What a lovely home, Eda's home was very, very clean and in a GREAT location. We visited Niagara Falls and saw two plays in Niagara on the Lake. This home was close to both locations. Prior to arriving Eda helped us locate a nearby grocery store. Also she responded to all of our questions in a very timely manner. Finally, when we return to the Niagara Falls area again, we hope to return to her guest home once again. All in all, fabulous home and a fabulous host.

Immaculate house, great stay

Loved our stay at the house. Clean comfortable and loads of space, multiple bathrooms, huge downstairs. Was basically like staying in a brand new house. Very responsive owner. Only thing we could have used was a dryer with the washer (wet day at the Falls) but overall an incredibly comfortable stay and just 15 minutes from Niagara Falls.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay! We wanted a quiet place to stay after a busy day at Niagra Falls and before heading out on a long drive back home. The house was a short drive away from the falls which is what we were wanting. We stopped at a market to get groceries as we planned to cook meals at the house and took advantage of the well stocked kitchen. We did not experience any problems while we were there but the host was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. Although we were not traveling with children, there was a very nice park near the house that little kids would definitely enjoy! We would stay here again if we make another trip to this area!

Loved our stay!

Our hosts were wonderful and communication with Eda was easy, with prompt replies. We could not have asked for a better stay. The neighborhood is quiet (occasional street traffic but no noise from the neighbors at all), the house was immaculate, modern and everything was in great working order. Great amenities & snacks and conveniently located to both Niagara Falls attractions & Niagara On The Lake areas. Welcome book was very informative and Eda also provided us with ample visitor information when we asked questions. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more and would consider staying there again if ever in the area. Thank you!

Fabulous home in a quiet neighborhood

We can't express enough how much we enjoyed our stay! Clean, spacious home with several thoughtful little touches. The owners were super nice and very responsive to messages. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy drive to see many sights and get to several stores. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommend!
