Located on a quiet street in Thornton-Cleveleys, the property is moments from shops, takeaways, and the tram stop to Blackpool or Fleetwood. The beach is under 10 minutes away, while Blackpool Tower and the Pleasure Beach are around 15 minutes by tram or car.

House Rules
- No smoking or parties.
- Please respect quiet hours after 10pm.
- No pets allowed.

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
