Modern Home Near Downtown Thomasville

Welcome to the "Clanton Cottage"! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly built home is the perfect location for your next weekend getaway in Thomasville. Less than 2 miles from downtown Thomasville and within walking distance to the local grocery store this modern home is ideal for shopping, dining and sight seeing in the Thomasville area. The back yard is fully fenced for easily corralling the little ones, pups or just enjoying a little extra privacy. The home has a beautiful kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and access to the charcoal grill in the backyard. There is a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods, sugar, and cream. The living room has ample seating with two sofas and a flat screen smart tv with WiFi included. Bedroom 1: King Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: Queen Bed.

*Pack-n-play available by reservation only. Please request at booking. Linens for the pack-n-play, not provided.

**Please note that in order to keep our prices as low as possible for lower guest occupancy we do charge for additional occupancy beyond 6 adults. ***We do require approval for all pets, and there is an additional pet fee that would be charged upon approval. Thomasville Stay

We came from FL and WY to celebrate a birthday. The VRBO was clean and neat. All the amenities were there and our host was quick to reply when we had questions. Really liked downtown Thomasville. My only issue was that the house was on a busier street, so a challenge to pull out of the driveway, but I’m used to rural living.

Christmas Getaway

An adorable little getaway property. Location to the downtown area was great. We stayed there two nights for the Victorian Christmas in Downtown. Home and coziness was just perfect. Will certainly come back again to see more of Thomasville. Also enjoyed visit to Pebble Hill plantation. Thank you!

Nice house, nice property.

The house was very clean and we had a nice stay. Centrally located with just a short drive to anywhere in Thomasville (downtown, grocery stores and restaurants). I loved that they had a good Weber charcoal grill verses the normal gas grills.

Nice little home in Thomasville

We loved this quant town home; it fit our needs perfectly while we were on a job close by. I loved having a grocery store right across the street, and I also loved the little back porch where there were lounging chairs & a grill. I would recommend this VRBO.
