Welcome to Amruthadhara. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. On arrival, enter through the sliding gate and close it behind you. Collect your key from our upstairs contact and sign the ledger. Your accommodation is in the basement and is fully private. Wi-Fi password is available from the upstairs guest. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No smoking indoors. Dispose waste properly. Lost keys incur a ₹500 fee.

The house offers a comfortable and welcoming living area ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The space is calm, private, and thoughtfully arranged for a pleasant stay.

The accommodation includes two comfortable bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, ensuring privacy and a restful night’s sleep. Bedding is provided for your comfort, and the bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

A compact kitchenette is available for light use, suitable for making tea or coffee and warming food. Basic utensils are provided for convenience. The living area includes a TV which can be operated using the remote control.

Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities are available for guest use. The washing machine is easy to operate and suitable for short stays.

Guests may also step up to the open terrace area to enjoy fresh air. Clotheslines are available there for laundry drying. The home is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood while still being close to major city attractions, transport hubs, offices, and temples.

Whether you are visiting Trivandrum for work, pilgrimage, or leisure, this home provides a peaceful, private retreat with essential amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire basement floor of the house, including all bedrooms, the living area, kitchen, and bathroom. You can also enjoy the spacious terrace, perfect for relaxing or hanging your laundry. The space is private and yours to use freely during your stay.
