"The room was excellent. There was hardly any signs of wear and everything worked down to the volumes of coffee from the Nespresso machine when choosing espresso or lungo!. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony very pleasant. There was a comfortable chair and side table and enough space in the room. "Polis apartment was great value, room was quite spacious for what we paid for in February 2025. Balcony and large room was nice! Walkable distance to sites in the area. We got a shuttle from the hotel for 35€ from the airport and 32€ back to the airport. Prices are reasonable for restaurants in the area. "

"Hotel is great, staff friendly. Unfortunately the air conditioning unit in our room did not work efficiently and my husband had to ask the staff To remove the filter before it flowed efficiently and cooled the room so we could get a good nights sleep. That was the only setback - everything else was wonderful. "

"We stay at least once a year at this hotel for the past 6-7 years. The staff make this hotel what it is …. The rooms and design are very much to our taste. The breakfast of local produce is one of the best we have been served in Greek cities over the years. Location is perfect and although very central the rooms are perfectly sound proofed…. We look forward to more future visits and look forward to trying out this hotel and city out of main tourist season…. "

"We loved the convenience and proximity to the ocean-front and great restaurants. Coming from a place prior that had a balcony, we missed that part and having our coffees out there, however, it would have been quite noisy since it’s on a main street. With the windows closed, the room was very quiet which was lovely. The room itself was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and more. We’d recommend to others!"
