"Staff (esp Sam, Venessa and Vim) was excellent in this boutique hotel. Was very personable and always with a smile. We stayed for a week so we got to know them. We got the biggest room they had and it was worth it. It was too cold for the pool, but it looked nice. The upstairs terrace was the perfect place to watch the sunset with Table Mountain in the background as well. Also loved the free breakfast. Not only did they have a small spread with baked goods, fruits, yogurt, n breads, you order...

"I only stayed one night but I will definitely return for longer stays. The owner-manager could not have been kinder or more helpful as I was there for doctors' office visits at the Panorama Medicentre, a short walkable 1 km away. The bed and one bedroom suite were the most comfortable I have stayed in for quite sometime. The breakfast (included) was homemade eggs, bacon, toast and they even had decaf coffee for me. I love Paperbark Manor and will come again."
