"Most staff members were wondering except for the person who initially checked us in. She was short and not very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and staff was awesome. The room was very poor. Bathroom was horrible. A half shower and not be able to use the toilette without getting your knees hit by the door was very frustrating. Especially since we book with another couple, paid the same and got two very different rooms."

"Perfect location for walking to the major tourist platz. Very boutique feel to this unique property. Rooms include a small kitchen, table for two, sofa, bad and a lovely balcony above an hidden garden. The only negative was the room heating system. It was so warm in the room we turned it off and slept with the window open. Granted we are from Texas and keep AC at 70f"

"There is virtually no lobby, no breakfast at property. Looks like low cost housing but rooms are ok. Bare minimum. Front desk not staffed 24/7 and actually closed holidays. Not a real hotel. Expensive for what you get. Good location but noisy area - across from casino. Hotel itself very quiet. Homeless people around. Felt safe but definitely not luxury property. "

"快適な滞在でした。部屋も広く、眺望も良かったです。フロントのスタッフも明るく親切でした。ロケーションはとても良いです。毎日，瓶入りウォーターがあり，便利でした。 　設備はほぼ問題ありません。お風呂，ベッドも快適です。 　小さなことですが、電気ポットが水漏れして使用できなかったので，持参の携帯湯沸かし器を使いました。また，一度ドアが内側から開かなくなり、部屋から出られなくなりました。フロントに電話したところすぐに来ていただけました。修理も当日中に終わりました。 　ティッシュの補充、バスローブの補充がないことがありました。 　どれも些細なことで，滞在に問題はなかったです。"

"Excellent location. Close to public transit. Nice room that sleeps three adults. Terrace rooftop for cocktails/drinks with a decent view of the city. Delicious restaurant especially for breakfast and a friendly staff. Perfect location as a base for going on tours to locations like Neuschwanstein and Salzburg"
