"Everything felt comfortable. I traveled with my son and two grandchildren as well as a cat and dog. Staff was friendly to all. The room and bathroom were clean and bathroom well stocked with towels! Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Loved the larger refrigerator as my grandson has food allergies and we traveled with premade meals for him. Kitchen staff were amazing. Very helpful when my granddaughter made a waffle. And food selection was great so even someone with food allergies...

"Everything was fine during my stay. Until my kids decided to go to the pool, and the manager, Phyllips, came out very angry and rude, telling us to leave. I would have truly understood if she had been nice, asking my kids to leave and then mockingly going inside the hotel so other guests wouldn't see her like that. How strange! You expect good treatment, and she doesn't treat guests well. If it weren't for her, everything would have been perfect."
