"The character and charm of the hotel was great, tastefully furnished to a high standard. The location was perfect, very close to all the Alfama attractions and only a short walk (Or 28E tram ride) into the city centre. "객실이 신축이라 그런지 매우 깨끗했고(엘베도 있고) 직원들이 친절했습니다. 뷰도 너무 좋고 코메르시우 광장이랑 가깝고 주변에 맛집도 많아서 추천합니다. 다음 번에도 또 오고 싶은 곳입니다. 다만 12시 이후에 도착하는 경우에 컨시어지가 없을 수 있어서 미리 연락해야 할 거 같습니다. 이거 이외에는 전부 완벽합니다."

"What’s not to love? This wonderful hotel is inside the castle walls! The service we received from the moment we arrived was excellent. We were offered the breakfast upon arrival and our bags were waiting in our room once we returned from a full day of sightseeing. My only regret is not booking another night. Only a taxi can provide door to door service, so if you have heavy luggage, arrange for their efficient pick up or get a taxi. It’s a steep climb up! Highly recommend! "
