"Charles was the only good thing we experienced for the hour we were on the property. Originally we were going to stay for 3 nights, however the bed was blood stained, the tub hadn't been cleaned with pubes/hair and was leaking dripping rust. The room hadn't been properly cleaned with trash/food left behind on the floor, drawers and inside the burners and smelled overwhelming of mold and mildew. The walls were so thin that when we knocked on the wall to test the person on the other side knocked...

"We went to Bentonville to do some mountain biking but wasn't sure where we were gonna store our bikes in a traditional hotel (multi floor). Then we found The Bike Inn. There was storage in the room and all the rooms are ground level. There were plenty of bike oriented amenities on the property. We bought gloves and a jersey from the pro shop for a fair price. The water bottle fill station and ice maker were also a huge plus as well. There were plenty of other amenities on site that we didnt use...

"Check in went smoothly and quickly. We were given a room on the 1st floor. However, there happened to be young people on traveling sports team (unsupervised parents) making lound noises that disturbed our ability to sleep. Cedric attempted to quiet them, but other groups came around and did the same thing. He (Cedric) was very gracious and switched our rooms to another floor. We could tell he felt very bad over the inconvenience this caused for us. It wasn't his fault."

"Breakfast was all but gone when we got there with 30 minutes to go. We stayed two nights and they didn't make our beds or give us fresh towels. With the price of the room I expected a little more. Staff was nice and things were kept clean."

"The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. "

"I got a renovated room, MTB bike friendly, extremely clean, comfy mattress and pillows. Bathroom is well stuffed with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Spotless clean. This hotel is on the new electronic fashion, check in by web, digital locks at the door, code is sent by text message. Coffee machine is priceless. Good room price."
