"Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go."

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staying here was a real pleasure. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed every moment and would 100% come back again. "The hotel is beautiful and has a fun vibe. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed when we arrived at 8pm on Sunday. We were only staying that night, so I was a bit disappointed. The restaurant was delicious, however a bit confusing on where to order. They need to be more organized for valet parking. Overall, I would stay again simply because the staff is so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Great location."

"We really enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. However, the hotel staff told us that we could get breakfast until 10am, and that it was to be included in our stay, but when we came down at about 9:15 we were told it ended at 9 on weekdays. The person with whom we spoke was not very understanding about the fact that we had been told 10am the night before. We then had to buy our breakfast and they were out of the first 2 things we asked for, a breakfast sandwich and a burrito. The staff was nice...

"El año pasado me hospedé en este hotel y tuve una gran experiencia en todos sentidos y sobre todo la limpieza, es por eso que decidí volver a hospedarme aquí pero mi experiencia fue distinta. Estuve 4 noches y nunca limpiaron la habitación , ni siquiera recogieron la basura. El pasillo del piso sucio . El desayuno regular .
