  • Newly refurbished 3 bedroom 2 bath Court Yard Villa is located in The Villages of Florida. It is fully furnished with everything you need to feel at home. There is a TV in each of the bedrooms and in the great room. There is a golf cart provided for your convenience ( 4 seater available upon request). Come enjoy all of the activities that The Villages has to offer. Villa is very close to the Nancy Lopez championship golf course and there are executive courses a short golf cart drive from the villa. Play pickle ball everyday or enjoy about any activity that you like. Monthly rental rates available.

Wonderful Experience

We felt like we were home while on vacation. The property was beyond exceptional and the owner couldn't have been more accommodating and delightful. If you want a true "home away from home" experience, select this property! We loved it!

Amazing stay

I stayed for 9 days. I can’t say enough about the villa it was beautiful, well maintained & very clean. Roger the owner was wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend staying in his villa.

The best!

This was the best experience we have had in the Villages hands down. Rodger and Cindy were responsive and caring. The property was perfect and clean. Loved the golf cart and the patio. Looking forward to renting with them again!

Villages vacation

The property was excellent for our visit to the villages. It was exactly as described in the VRBO website. The host was available and readily assisted with any information or help that we requested in a prompt and friendly manner. We were close to local shopping and all recreational activities including multiple golf courses. I would recommend this location without reservation for any potential visitor.

Nice house, nice quiet neighborhood

This was one of the nicest and best value VRBO’s that we have rented. The owner lives in the neighborhood and was there to greet us when we arrived. He responded immediately when we texted or called with questions. The unit and the furniture were well maintained and all of the appliances worked just fine. We’re big fans of how quiet the Villages neighborhoods are while still offering considerable free entertainment options. We are golfers and golfed on The Villages Championship courses 3 times and outside the Villages twice. We would certainly stay there again.

Loved It!

What a wonderful stay we had at Roger’s home. This home is extremely well equipped and ver comfortable. Roger is such a wonderful host and was so easy to work with. There was nothing that was needed that this home did not have. The location was perfect and having the screened lanai to sit and have coffee, lunch or cocktails was tremendous. Can’t say enough good things about this lovely place we got to call ‘home’ for a few weeks.

Perfect Villa to stay in The Villages!

We were looking for a home to stay in while our new home was being built. The contact with Rodger, the owner was easy and friendly. Everything was clean and accommodating, and if there was a need for anything it was satisfied quickly. Did I say we were there for 4 months!!!!! I would highly recommend contacting Rodger if you think this house would be perfect for you. You will not regret it. If there was a need for us to stay again, we will absolutely be back. And the perk on it we've become friends with Rodger and his wife which I'm sure will last a lifetime!

We sure enjoyed using the porch everyday. The property was clean and easy to use with friends. We commented it was quiet for us....that people could be up in the morning and you didn’t hear each other.

Reprieve from snow

Roger's villa exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. TV worked well, the internet was lightning fast and the golf was convenient and affordable. Despite having to shorten our vaction due to the coronavirus, we really enjoyed our stay.
