"Stayed here when moving my daughter from JWU. The hotel and room were very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is a quick walk to JWU’s campus and there’s lots of restaurants and boutiques nearby, with the mall across the street. We also enjoyed the free breakfast which had a wide variety of options. Will definitely stay here again! "

Although most things are fairly similar to the pictures, it is true that you need to read reviews carefully and know what to look for. There were strange sounds coming from some of the rooms that were somewhat concerning. The lock on the door to our room was not secure. "I was given the wrong room, the pictures advertising a lobby that doesn't exist. The area is suspicious, I'm surprised my car wasn't broken into. I think I got bit by bed bugs. Wifi was terrible. Everything listed as "included" was actually an extra fee."

"Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable."
