" When we got there, overall everything was fine, except of bathroom door had quite big size blood spot on it and it looked bad. I cleaned and I told the front desk person about it. Other than that everything was fine. Breakfast is good. They have coffee all day. Room is big and nice with kitchen and everything there. Technically it looks like a studio apartment. "Breakfast area was nice and clean, variety of food was good and there was plenty. Just sad hot tub was out of order. The suite was very spacious for us. Staff was so helpful and polite. We definitey enjoyed our stay."

"If you're expecting a big breakfast spread this won't be it .Also middle of the night a couple's dispute erupted right in the middle of the hallway that lasted over an hour, staff didn't care to handle the situation by calling the cops. Was worried for me and my little ones .Safety is clearly not a concern of theirs but hey it's Brockton after all you get what you pay for I guess ."

The only complaint is that we didnt know the pool was broken and we brought kids on a field trip to Boston and they were looking forward to the pool. I dont know if that can be helped, but I wish we knew ahead of time that the pool was out of commission. "
