"First time staying at a Tru so wasn't sure what to expect. For the price we paid the property was adequate. Breakfast was a decent continental breakfast with make your own pancake machine. A fresh yogurt dispensing machine using a Wisconsin creamery was excellent-even had ingredients for add-ins such as mini chocolate chips! Staff was ready to help and clean the table after guests finished eating. "

"For the cost, we were very happy with what we received. The hotel had a nice appearance upon driving in (it was surrounded by other similar, nice hotel properties (Staybridge, Courtyard Marriot, Tru Hilton, etc.) We mainly picked this hotel because it has an indoor pool AND a hot tub and both were very nice in appearance and function. The hours were great as well. 6A-10PM for the pool and if you're over 18yo, you can stay until midnight. Room was clean and the bathroom had lots of counter...

"The room was absolutely disgusting, nothing like the pictures. Was supposed to have a suite with a king size bed and a pull out couch. The bed was as hard as a board, and the pull out couch/bed look like they just fished it out of a dumpster. You couldn’t even sleep on it because of how dirty it was.
