"To start, you can't beat the 5 minute walk to the resort. The hotel was clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms had more than enough space, whether you're solo or with a partner. And let's not miss the view of the fireworks from the pool. Definitely worth it."

It was clean, the beds were very comfortable (even the sofa bed, according to my very picky 9 year old) and having the kitchen set up was very handy. The location is a quick 10 minute walk to Disney security. Very easy to navigate. Beautiful outdoor pool area and the hot tub was very welcomed after a full day at the parks. "At the time of check out this lady was so rude. She has no smile on her face she was standing at front desk as someone force her to stand there. No thank you nothing. No slippers no bath robes . They said they gave balcony room but has no balcony. During check in there were some hair in toilet. There were few stains on blanket."

"On sun 5/17 I complained to the female desk clerk about a beep that occurred every 15 minutes that came from dishwasher Someone else came up on 5/18 and thought it might be the fire alert alarm but didn’t do anything about it. On 5/19 when I checked out a different clerk agreed that it was the dishwasher alarm. I have stayed there before and didn’t experienced any issues"
