"AVOID! On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking. Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of. "Place was excellent and staff were so nice and helpful, we had our wedding day on the night before coming and didnt have our phone chargers and we asked reception and got a phone charger to borrow, no extra cost, no time it has to be back so it was great! Breakfast was Amazing, one of the best ive had so cant fault that. Spa area could need some improvement, there was quite a lot of mold around and smelt quite strongly in some areas, also the pool area was supposed to be a relaxing atmosphere...

"Parking costs £10 a night, didn't have breakfast, but we needed an extension cable for a medical machine. I use a sleep apnea device which has to be plugged in by the bed. We asked staff and they just couldn't help us. "
