"Stayed while attending family function. Didn’t spend much time at hotel. Wasn’t expecting cooking facilities and full fridge. Very nice and clean. No free breakfast but good value hotel. Cleaning product on entry floor made it very slippery. Manager corrected immediately and is changing cleaning company."

"We stayed for three days and four nights.
The hotel sits back away from the any noise created by the highway expansion. The pool has a peaceful setting and was pleasant to sit by in the morning and evening.
Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower curtain had some hair on it.
The cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating,providing us with extra towels and washcloths
They have a water bottle filler which was very nice to have.
We especially enjoyed the breakfast selections...

"When you first walk into the lobby it's a weird smell. Once we got into the room none of the rooms had the AC on so it's hot and stuffy also the refrigerator was not cleaned out the microwave was spilled coffee and burnt coffee smell inside of it. The sheets have stains on it also the pillow cases. The pull-out couch there was no sheets in the room had to go to the front desk to get sheets for the pull-out couch. My sister seen a roach in the bathroom in her room. I use the iron for 10 minutes...

"It is clean but the lobby looks tired with worn pillows, and the walls are so dark and even worse on the top floors where the rooms are. Way to dark. Also, the upper floors smell like dogs. They do allow dogs but there needs to be some air freshener built into the different floors. They have one little foster dog they keep in the lobby for like two weeks at a time. Guests can take it for walks, etc. but I have mixed feelings about only one being there. He was precious though. Rooms are small and...

"We had a wonderful stay here last week. All staff are so kind, very helpful and friendly. The boat club workers are great here too, we rented out a pontoon and lived it!
If they had a lake entrance to walk in and play it would be perfect. We used the Lake Norman State Park instead which is about 30 minutes away. We will be back for sure! So relaxing, restaurant food and drinks are really good."
