"It is a bit difficult for me to accurately review as I never actually got to see the room that I booked. The building was clean, modern and secure. Handily placed from the tube line and a few eateries in the near vicinity. I thought it was going to be a great option. Check in was due to be 3pm. "I stayed for a week without the breakfast option. Complimentary bottles of water were served on the first day. The room was tidy and kept clean every day. Special thanks to Mr Raful; the air con was repaired swiftly, even on a record-breaking hot day in June."

"Perfect central location for walking, seeing the sights and taking the train or buses around the city! Breakfast was great with a good selection. Croissants were amazing!! Rooms are tiny with an open glass shower.. curtain only shields the bed. Air con needs instructions printed on the wall. Limited space in the room so decorative speaker and amp could go providing additional space. Definitely would stay here again and recommend the hotel to others!"

"A nice clean hotel. The room was small and had no drawers to put clothes. You had to live out of your suitcase sitting on the floor. Good central location to many of the historical sites."

"Central and walkable. Close to metro stations. Property is on a weird corner and street walking just outside can be tricky at first. Very close to Waterloo and Westminster tube stations so you can get anywhere pretty quickly. Hotel breakfast was great (we used it several times and would include it next time). Room was a little bit tight but that’s to be expected in Europe. Room was clean and service was good."

"This is a high quality hotel in the middle of Westminster and close to the St James Park tube station. The rooms are fitted out to a high standard (tile floors, top quality bathroom fittings etc) and are fully equipped. At a time of very high hotel prices in London this was a good find; a top quality room at a medium (for London) price. I would recommend."
