"This is an okay value. The location is the best asset. Easy access to highway 29 to go up valley or over to Sonoma. The major drawback is noise at night. Road noise and due to thin walls and floors/ceiling a lot of guest noise. I had to take a Tylenol PM every night to TRY and get a good night's rest. I also asked for no maid service during my 7-night stay which was disregarded. I didn't appreciate someone coming in the room when I requested no service."

"We loved the Union. It wasn't our first time there and it never disappoints. We had the largest room on the 3rd floor with a 180 degree view and amazing original furniture from the early 1900s.
The only small complaint is that the king sized bed could use a new mattress. We didn't sleep well because it was pretty bad, but don't let this discourage you from staying there. Maybe they will read this and put a new mattress on the bed. :)"

"For a location that is modeled after a traditional bed and breakfast it was very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and offered a good variety of options. Parking was never an issue. Closely located to downtown Napa to allow for walking to visit most shops and attractions in the immediate area. We would definitely stay again."
