"The room was very clean and nicely decorated, but it would have been nice to have a box of tissues and a hair dryer. Management could have been better. The owner never responded to questions about how to check in after hours. We spent five nights and nobody ever came to remove trash or replace towels. We had gone to the beach the first day we were there, got sand on the floor and the sand was there until we left because nobody ever came to do any cleaning."

"My boyfriend had got bitten by bed bugs. When brought to the staffs attention they moved our room and said they’d be in contact the next day with what they found. When nobody reached out about it we called the phone number online which then they told us that the hotel switched our room so they were no longer going to refund us. The hotel was very hot in the hallways but the room was cold. Very close to the highway so it’s very loud. Breakfast was terrible. Breakfast sausage was dry and over...

"Our hotel stay provided an excellent breakfast,with many hot & cold foods to satisfy your empty stomach. Our rooms were also cleaned every day,and were very spacious and well equiped for those that chose to cook their own food. A large bed,air conditioning & a clean modern bathroom were also very much appreciated,and it's only a 5 minute walk to the "T" subway. Ive had no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all friends and family who may choose to holiday in Boston."

"The facility appeared to be clean however for the price of the room per night it wasn’t worth it. The room itself had a smell. It honestly smelled like old ramen. The cabinet’s door handles were falling off. The cabinetry was very dated. In the bathroom the sink had cracks in it. This property seems more suitable for a short stay not any extended stay."
