"All good considering the building is quite old and one of the lifts was out of action for a few days. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean enough. The location is excellent."

"深圳には2週間滞在 その間香港やマカオに足を伸ばしました。このホテルは国貿駅から徒歩5，6分と近く香港羅湖駅イミグレも近い。又周りも飲食店、スーパーマーケットも有り。 立地は最高。但しホテルは5星を語るのは間違い。最初に通された部屋は窓の前が壁。湿気臭く流石2週間滞在は厳しく部屋チェンジ。でもチェンジした部屋もバスタブ水溜まらない。TV壊れる。金庫無し。又又部屋チェンジ❗ これが5星⁉️ 部屋の壁は薄く隣の声が聞こえる 清掃は毎日して綺麗でした 朝食も最高だと書いてありましたが、品数少なくコップが無くなっても補助無し 味は悪くないと思いますよ まぁ～5星ではなく、3星だと思うえば立地は最高ですからね 5星のわりには評価がイマイチだったのが気になったのですが、やはりそうでした。"
