"The Derby is a boutique hotel with high end decor and finishings. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to have our room ready prior to the standard check in time. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The room size was smaller than I expected for a King Suite. The small window and slanted ceilings made it seem even smaller. A bench or luggage rack would’ve been helpful as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

No sheets or covers for the pullout bed. We spent almost an hour chatting with the host to find some only to be allowed to grab some from another room. We also had some issues with cleanliness.
