"Pros: location was great. Easy access to the train station and restaurants. They have a storage room to leave luggage while waiting to check-in. Cons: no AC so the room was hot even with windows open and the small fans they provided. I did not realize rooms not equipped with AC when booking. Also cleaning could be better."

We stayed at a Premier View room with a view of Tower Bridge from our bathroom on southern Londob thanks to it being a corner room. Our Expedia Gold gave us either a complimentary breakfast at Ting or room service. We chose the latter and had excellent service to our room. The sauna and pool need to be reserved and are definitely worth it. We made memories for a lifetime and will never forget...
