The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! "

The grounds were very nice, I only wasn't expecting the hotel rooms to be in a separate building from the check in and dining area, but the short walk to the separate building was lovely with all the plants and trees on the property. "I can’t believe this hotel is even open with such poor hygiene and maintenance standards. The room I stayed in was awful. There were terrible stains on the furniture and walls, and the bathroom was downright disgusting. The door to the room didn’t even close properly. It felt like I was staying in a place that hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years. I seriously can’t fathom how this hotel is still operating when it’s so far below acceptable hygiene standards. Would never recommend...

"Spend one night here and it was horrible! The room smelled like someone smoked there, we couldn’t open a window to get some fresh air! The toilet was dirty, shampoo bottle empty, on the towels were hair from someone else! Stains on the carpet, I didn't even look at the bed, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sleep there at all. My baby had fallen asleep and I didn't want to wake her; it was already very late, otherwise I would have changed rooms. It was much too noisy anyway. I didn't even...
