"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff members were very attentive. They accommodated all of our requests and everyone showed such kindness to me and my husband. We ate at the restaurant more than once and the food and service were excellent. The room was nice and comfortable and the lake behind the property made for a really nice view. I highly recommend this property. It’s also well situated within walking distance of restaurants and also close to shopping."

"The positive is that the bathroom was basically clean. Otherwise, the place was very dirty. The walls were dirty and with many chips and cracks needing repair; the dresser in the room was a disaster, the heating/cooling element was filthy and in extremely unkept condition and looking like it was ready to fall apart. I could go on but I will not."
