"Amazing Stay! Cary & Denny definitely go above and beyond to make sure guest stays go as smoothly as possible. From check in to check out always genuinely helpful! Great restaurant suggestions, happy hour, and many more! The hotel grounds were superb. Our room was top notch with comfy beds and the best in room air conditioner! The house cleaners kept our room tidy and even caught us with my husbands pillow he had forgotten. We definitely will stay here next time!!"

"We were two blocks from the Main Street, DuVal Street. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. There were many shops, restaurants, and bars close by. Children under fourteen were not allowed nor did I see any pets so I assume they were not allowed also. It was a quiet area except for the many sirens at night "

"Loved our room. It was spacious, clean and bright with a lot of windows. Location of hotel was off the beaten path so nice and quiet. Breakfast had mediocre offerings except for the poolside omelet station. A couple of bottles of water in the room would have been nice on a hot day. I would stay there again for sure!"

"Everything was well-kept and clean, the delivered breakfast baskets were wonderful (and a LOT of food!), and the staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I was travelling alone but always felt perfectly safe, and even stayed an extra night! The hotel is also very conveniently located, right next to a stop on the Duval Loop bus stop."

"Jennifer is excellent and bends over backwards for any guest request. The hotel is charming, however if you are on the top floor it requires you to walk up a flight of stairs that is outside. Rainy mornings make breakfast difficult. We worked around it. If the stairs are a concern request a room on the main floor. The location can’t b best. The pool isn’t great however you may use the facilities at the opal both pool and gym which is awesome. Highly recommend "

"Staff was exceptional! Check-in, "Conch"ierge, pool bar staff fun and informative! Room was clean and comfortable and AC was perfect. Only 2 days were missed by housekeeping but always done by 5. Enjoyed the quiet of the serenity pool. To bad there is no service or restrooms over there. Great location, seaport area. Fantastic music at Schooner Warf Bar all day and night. Short walk to breakfast along seaport and many other restaurants and bars. . "

"The pool /ocean view was beautiful- clean - and so private!! Pool was open for night swimming until 10pm -which was so relaxing!! Bar/restaurant on the premises - comp to your room! Get the Lobster pizza!! Beautiful sunrise viewing! Rooms are clean and cozy! Nice towels and crisp clean bedding. European style breakfast served daily and was very good! Yummy pastries! Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again! "

"Great location and friendly staff. They have remodeled a lot and are doing a super job. Nice decorations and LOVE the tiki bar and pool area. Key West Aloe products were a nice touch as well as the key lime cookies. The porch deck and handrail outside the Envy/Lust room needs a little attention. Overall, very comfortable and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. "
