"Very clean room and hotel, great breakfast"

"Only one complaint. We booked an allergy free room (no feathers, no pets). I am allergic to both. She booked us with no issues. We get there and the front desk person said that all of their rooms are pet friendly. Big issue for someone with allergies. I love dogs but I am allergic. We should have been told up front that they can’t accommodate us!!!!!!!"

"The Managers ar the front desk are pretty useless. I only booked here because it said that cribs or pack n plays were available. I confirmed via phone they had one. Apparently they lie. Upon check in with a very exhausted 6 month old baby, we were told they needed to find the crib. 1 manager didnt know what a crib was. Then they said "if" they find it, they'll put it in our room while we grabbed a bite to eat. No call saying they didnt have 1 so we could buy one. Luckily we had the forethought...

"The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. There are no signs telling you where the elevator or where breakfast is served. There are no clocks in the room and no mirror in the sleeping area. The sink in the room is good, but not helpful due to no mirror."

"The pool was green and smelled a little like algae/a pond. The bathroom toilet was leaking, but they were aware because they have taped it to stop the leaking. The AC auto cut off at 15 minutes and we were roasting all nights until we asked the front desk to help, which they did immediately. The room was very clean, the breakfast as great, the staff was extremely kind and helpful."

"Stayed at this hotel for the weekend. Very nice hotel. Check in was easy. Stayed in king size bed room, with couch sofa. It was nice, didn’t use the sofa, but the room size was good for 2 ppl. Maybe it would be alittle crowded with more. Their beds are really comfortable. And showers have great pressure. The toilet acted up on our second day, but smone came out and took care of it right away. The only con I’d give is for their buffet breakfast they offer 3 different kinds of bacon products. It...

"Antoinette, the front office manager, is amazingly awesome. She even packed me up some snacks for my long day at the airport. The entire staff were so friendly. I felt safe and secure which is what matters when traveling solo."

"I didn’t expect the pool to be closed in May, but it was a closed for the season. The breakfast was excellent every morning with lots of options and responsive staff. The hotel staff were nice and responsive. No trouble getting extra linens, blankets or towels. I was by the exit door that slammed quite a bit. Otherwise it was a quiet place to stay for a few days. Wasn’t a problem at all but not quite what we were expecting. Room was clean enough but not spotless, and carpet and furniture showed some wear and tear."
