Great cozy place to spend the night on a long road trip, close to a lot of good restaurants for a bite to eat with a ton of recommendations from the host on where to go and what to do. Was nice and warm when we arrived on a chilly night which made winding down much easier.

Short drive to all areas of the NP. Very clean. Shower was amazing after a long day of hiking. Property is close to road, so noise is a factor but host provides a fan to block out noise. Basic housing needs fulfilled at this location. Good for singles or a couple.

Actually stayed at a different property by same owner due to an exterior water leak. Owner was very acommodating. Stayed at The Loft instead and it was very nice and clean. Close to National Park.

This is a great place to stay. Everything worked properly and the photos were accurate to the place. The only issue is that the property is right next to a road and the walls are thin. This wasn't an issue for us and they do provide a box fan but just something to think about. We had a great stay though!

The house was cute and a fine size for our needs. Harry was a good host.We cooked our food at the house which had enough pots and pans. A small knife set and glassware (including wine glasses) would be nice. Our biggest issue was the traffic noise. It was louder than we anticipated and affected our sleep.

Good place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood. It was easy to find. We weren't there much, mostly just to sleep. We were in town to hike, sightsee & enjoy the cultural. Would stay again.

The property is an affordable option if you want to visit New River Gorge and not pay hundreds per night at the resort or tent camp in order to do so. For the price you get a clean, air conditioned place to stay with a basic kitchen and great shower, which is perfect for after a day of hiking or other activities. You can't walk to get anywhere and it's a 15-20 minute drive into town, so just plan accordingly. The host is very responsive and helpful.
