"Excellent customer service. Wonderful property. Right next to River Oaks shopping. Great restaurants and the main Galleria mall is very close. The entire hotel is like new and very very clean. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Great little free toiletries at the front desk and a small store to buy random foods and drinks in the lobby. Highly recommend!"

"Good hotel we went when metallica was playing and waited a bit but its understandable they were sold out and were checking in guest . But hotel was good yes you have to pay to valet your car but theres no parking around there but better there than parking somewhere outside and having them brake in your vehicle just saying . All was good close to the galleria room was good ill book here again took pic ill be up loading on Google reviews doesnt let me upload them on here "

"We celebrated our 49th anniversary and had informed the hotel. We were wished a happy anniversary at check-in and given access to their executive lounge. A VERY nice fruit and cheese tray with a bottle of wine was delivered to our room. One day we came in to a nice towel arrangement with chocolates on our bed. The room was nice and we thorough enjoyed our stay at the JW Marriott Houston - Galleria."

"This hotel was clean. The staff was professional and it is a great location when you’re staying in Houston it is 10 minutes from the Galleria Mall, but it is much cheaper to stay here than stay in the actual galleria. There are great Mediterranean restaurants all around at the level of service was impeccable. Would definitely stay here again."
