"Unlike many, I do not sleep well in quiet. I knew there was a pub below and my day was a long (8 hours alone at the Warner Studios) & a tiring one so the noise allowed me to fall asleep immediately. I woke up only once when it had gone quiet, very quiet for being on an artery, and that did not stop me from going right back to sleep. The only wrinkle was on leaving. "Property is within a private road, with very limited access to visitors. There are a couple of visitors' parking spaces, but those were occupied when I arrived, so I had to park in the nearby public car park. This was free after 6pm, but I had to leave before 9am the next morning to avoid being charged for parking. Other than that, my stay was fine - room was clean and comfortable, and shared bathroom was not an issue, as I think I was the only guest that night."
