"We had a lovely stay at Grosvenor Villa. Richard greeted us at the door and gave us a little bit of history on the property. The room was lovely and clean with nice complimentaries stocked. The villa was about a 30 minute was to the centre, but the walk was lovely along the canal. The breakfast had a good amount of options and Richard happily made us toast and porridge if we wanted it. I would 100% recommend."

"Had a lovely stay, the steel stand alone bath was amazing! Although we didn't use it, the honesty bar was a really lovely concept and the bar area was lovely and calm. Easy and free parking and easy to enter town on public transport"

The hotel fully lives up to its globally iconic location in one of England's most beautiful cities, steeped in history and culture. It was amazing that such a 'top-end' hotel is dog friendly too... "The location is perfect, 2 mins from Roman baths. Over the road from thermae spa, restaurant's, cafes, bars all on the doorstep. Our apartment was lovely and clean, beds were really comfy, great pillows too! Bathroom was spotless with great toiletries. The apartments are on a busy road as they are so central bit we didn’t hear noise at all. They are also above a Tesco express so handy to get any bits that you need. We will definitely use again. "
