"We had a lovely stay here, good communication with host, apartment was lovely and clean. Only downside is sofa more for one person or two squashed can’t really relax to watching. Everything else was perfect "

"I stayed for the weekend with my 5 year old. The room was very clean and tidy. The fridge was really handy to have (traveling with a fussy eater) the staff were very friendly and accomodating and we were able to come and go without any issues :) "

"A lovely stay at the Charm Hotel. Very friendly receptionists who were more than happy to help with parking, bags, and any other issues. The room was big, comfy, and very clean. Could have done with two bottles of water in the room rather than one maybe, but I’m nit picking!! We would definitely come back when visiting Brighton, the location is brilliant and a short walk from all the best bits! Thank you for a great stay"

"This is a beautiful little hotel in a lovely location. It was exactly as described and really well thought through. I would 100% recommend. Ps the mattress in seaview room needs to be changed but certainly doesnt remove any stars or high praise. "

"Lovely little hotel for an overnight stay in Brighton. It’s in a great location, right near the beach, and very easy to find. Check in process was really quick, and we were given a bottle of cold water and shown up to our room. Continental breakfast was included, and was a perfect amount of food. We were offered toast in addition to pastries, fruit, cereal etc. The beds were super comfy and the room was very clean. A fan was provided in the room which was a great addition, however it was...

"The hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront and within a 10 minute straightforward walk to the Lanes. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had a higher professionalism than I've encountered recently in London hotels! The room itself was spacious, clean and with a gorgeous view of the seafront and pier. I would definitely stay there again."

"We had a lovely stay, the room was clean and very comfortable. The owner allowed us to have a late check in, as we were stuck in traffic on the way down. The breakfast was delicious and we were grateful for the dinner recommendation and parking tips. Thank you."
