"I decided to stay here because I thought it was quaint and nice and while both of those are true there were certain things that I'm used to from standard hotels that just were not present. When I walked into the room it was cold and I turned on the heat but even though it did warm up after a period of time it ended up getting pretty cold during the night. "My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. "

"The staff was amazing! The location puts you right next to Dom's a local cafe which is an excellent morning stop. Also, take the time to check out the nearby Farmington Valley Arts Center gallery and artists studios. If you're a coffee aficionado, check out the Coffee Trade where they roast their own beans!"

"Very clean room. Staff was friendly and accommodating for a late check out. Near lots of places to eat and some shopping. Room doesn’t have toiletries and towels are tiny. Also although there is a thermostat- it’s analog and you have to turn the heat on and off. Overall though a good deal for the price. "
