"There were no gluten-free options for breakfast except oatmeal. When I asked they gave me bagel from the back. The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool was nice as well as the hot tub. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly."

"Beautiful Hotel, staff was excellent. Clarissa was so very helpful. We loved her! We absolutely love the fact that you have a shuttle to take us back-and-forth to the airport and especially on short notice. Only drawback was the pool was extremely cold!, Needs to be heated and it got quite dirty. Needs to have a cleaner vacuum placed in the pool 24/7."

"Room smelt of smoke. Staff came up and gave us room freshener. Said rooms are non-smoking?? One of the bathroom outlets didn't work and toilet made noises. Breakfasts were okay and the coffee was always hot."

"Falsely advertised as nonsmoking and breakfast provided. The rooms stink of cigarettes smell and no breakfast was provided. They give you coffee / juice and granola bars and call that breakfast! Not recommended. "

"The bed was good to sleep on, the sheets were clean, but thete was no hot water. A cold shower is not good. "

"The ac sounded like a car engine trying to throw a rod and worked about as good. Lobby Doors locked at night. It looked like an asylum with really dated interior. You hadto trade your towell at the desk for new. No ice. The best I can say is the front desk folks were nice. But you had to yell to get their attention. You couldn't get a refund. I would recommend go someplace nicer. "

"We had a Kitchen in theory, as we had no microwave and no pots and pans to use for the stove/oven. The fridge didn't keep things very cold. The wifi was spotty and not particularly reliable as we had to use our cellphone as a hotspot. We had to ask for the password and network. Basically, if you want a basic crash and burn place this is fine. The AC was fine, but there were no trash cans in the room. "
