"The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. "

"without staff at the counter after 6 pm be sure you know how to enter property and use of gate codes. gaining access with a gate code was not well explained, just numbers given but you have to use the * key and the paddlock keys before the number will work. also room key stopped working after initial use and not sure what would have done for entry if we hadn't had 2 keys as no way to reactivate afer 6 pm"

"House was nice and clean. Susink was leaking during our stay. The host sent a person to repair but the leak was not fixed and left the place very dirty and messy. Water was everywhere in the main bedroom. "

Made up for lack of customer service from other employees. Would wish they have microwaves in the rooms especially for families with younger kids who need to warm up milk? "We did not enjoy our stay here. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom with makeup all over it and it was wet. The mattresses were stained and dirty. We were told we would have free wifi but we could not find the code anywhere and when we emailed there was no reply. Very disappointing given the cost."
