In South Africa, too many people have hijacked at gates so I left rather than wait for them to respond. They finally called me back 17 minutes later. - but by then it was too late. "The photo and naming of "spa" was deceitful. The building in the photo is there and is beautiful, but my room was not in that building it was in the building next door. There was nobody there during arrival. I was let in by the owner's husband who happened to be passing by. When I decided that I could not stay in the room and needed to leave there was nobody in reception and also nobody answered my calls. "Hotel cerca de aeropuerto. Wl precio esta bien pero cobran demasiaso por el desayuno y la cena. El personal es agradable pero las habitaciones son mas de un tres eatrellas que un cuatro. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "
