"We stayed in the Sultan's Palace. Amazing room, but layout is cramped and didn't leave a lot of space to open suitcases. Staff quick to help with anything. We didn't have an iron or board, but they brought it in a few minutes. Plug-ins could be better for this room. The bed is on a platform up some stairs, but there is no nightstand or outlets, so you either need a long cord or leave charging devices down the steps. Parking was very easy and felt secure. "My favorite Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed at. I live on the southern end of the state, but when work takes me to SLC, I always stay here. There are only two real complaints I have. 1.) The doors are very close together from room to room - and they're very noisy unless someone intentionally thinks to be respectful and close it quietly. 2.) If you're in a room close to the elevators, don't think of it as a great convenience - the doors do not do a very great job of obscuring sound. The...
