"Both the hotel and my hotel room were very clean and the hotel is also in an excellent location, near places to eat and shop. The reception desk was also very friendly and helpful in checking in and out. The only suggestion I would offer is maybe providing bottled water in the hotel room for guests upon check in."

"1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor. They recently remodels all the rooms but cheaped out on the bed. 2: There is a ton of noise from cars and pedestrians nearly around the clock, and the walls are paper thin. "Never got to check in ! Still hoping for a refund because I had to go and pay another hotel $169 for less than ten hours with two babies. New guy working was extremely unhelpful . I left the check in/out lobby in tears!"

"I hate leaving bad news, but this place was horrible. Did not look like anything I was seeing online. There was literally only 10 ft.² to walk around in the bedroom. No place to hang your clothes. Microwave was disgusting. Screen wasn’t installed right on the window. there was a cobweb up in the corner of the room and the bathroom itself was nice, but it was as big as the bedroom which was way too small and did not show in the pictures that were online. I will never stay at this place again."

"We enjoyed a week long stay here. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The continental breakfast was great. I just wish that some days they would make the eggs a different way and not just scrambled. Another thing that I would recommend is free parking to guests! This a dog friendly hotel, which was important for us. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
