"Great little motel south of Rapid City. It’s just a quick drive to Rushmore and just a little further to Custer. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. The community gas grill and covered front porch with tables allowed us to save money and eat better by making our own meals. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This was our first stay at this property. We have stayed here when it was Hickocks. We overall felt it was good, with a great location. Our room had a view of Outlaw Square. The beds were fine. Great shower, but no counter space. It felt pretty quiet in the room. There is no parking offered and it was not convenient trying to find parking. Thry did allow you to park in front while unloading your luggage. We didn't go to the casino, nor were offered any incentives to do so. There was...

"Staff was nice and friendly. The room was very clean. We only stayed there for one night. We just needed to spend a night in a random hotel. It was on our last night away from home in Michigan from Cody,WY and we didn’t know we would be spending our last night on the road in luxury. Very nice. "

"Our stay at the Lodge was very nice. The property is beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable; especially the bed! We arrived at 2:00 pm and checked on our rooms and the lady at the desk said they had nothing ready for check in. We were there for a wedding and hoped to get in to at least one room early to change for the wedding. I know early check in is based on availability. Being told no was not the problem, her rudeness was. We went back 10 minutes later asking a gentleman at the front...
