Many nearby outdoor activities - the home is located 1 mile from Smith Rock State Park that is known for hiking, and rock climbing. The area is surrounded by rivers for paddle boarding, canoeing and Kayaking. Golf courses located throughout Central Oregon depending on which view and vibe you are looking for. In the winter we are 44 miles from Mt. Bachelor and Hoodoo Ski Resort for snowboarding, tubing and snowshoeing. Restaurants with local farm-to-table fare await 5-14 miles away in historical Redmond or charming ski town Bend.
